Ohio Minimum Wage 2024 Increase Per Year. The minimum wage went into effect on 01/01/2024 and is an increase of 3.47% above the previous. Effective january 1, 2024, ohio’s minimum wage will increase to $10.45 per hour for nontipped employees and $5.25 per hour, plus tips, for tipped employees.
State leaders have released the official schedule of significant pay increases starting next year for minimum wage workers and tipped employees. The rate for tipped employees will increase to $5.25 per hour.
